1. Confidentiality of our interventions
The core business of Speed 3D Services implies entering into the privacy of our customers, in situations of unsafeness or high infestation by pests.
We apply an intransigent internal ethical charter imposing the strictest professional secrecy on all our staff. No information, names and addresses are disclosed outside the strict legal and operational framework (restricted waste disposal).
2. Use of the image (Before / After)
Out of respect for the dignity of the affected people, all the illustrations publicly posted on our site (especially the Avant / After Gallery) are either modified to prevent any identification of the places, or generated faithfully in the form of "reconstitutions" in order to mask our customers. No photo identifying your home or premises is shared without explicit prior agreement.
3. Collection of personal data
For the purposes of our activity (free pricing, customer contact), we collect:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The intervention address
4. Data use and management
Data collected via our form or by telephone are used exclusively for the processing of your request for support. They are not in no case sold, sold or leased third-party partners outside the company.
